Market Overview:

Backlighting applications provide an enormous opportunity for you to use high-brightness LEDs (HB-LEDs) to replace existing cold-cathode fluorescent lamp (CCFL) technology. The advantages of using HB-LED backlighting have already been seen in the LCDs of cell phones and will be increasingly seen in televisions, monitors and notebook computers.
